Workshops, Floral Experiences, and Private Dining Events at the Flower House

Workshops

We offer occasional floral design workshops and other flower- and plant-related classes to the public at our Flower House throughout the year. Workshops are a welcome chance to take a moment out of our busy lives and immerse ourselves in flowers, creativity, friendship and the beauty of nature. We are especially grateful to have our Flower House here in Sioux City where we can host these classes in a cozy, inspiring space!

Private Classes

We also offer the option to book a private group workshop for you and your friends, family, colleagues, etc. Contact us to inquire about a private class. Pricing starts at $100 per person and includes light refreshments and all the materials needed. Ideal group size is 6-8 people.

Private Dining Events

Book a private brunch or dinner gathering at our Flower House and leave the rest to us. We are now offering specially curated dining experiences where you and your guests will enjoy the peaceful indulgence of fine food and a tablescape full of flowers. We aim to make entertaining carefree…where you can be a guest at your own party! All you have to do is reach out to us and let us know what date(s) you are interested in and how many guests you would like to attend.The ideal group size for our dining room is 6-8, people but we are able to accommodate somewhat larger groups, if desired. Katie Sullivan with Morningside Catering will be providing the food and service for these events and will work with you to create an exceptional menu tailored specifically to your group. At Honeysuckle Hollow, we will then undertake design plans for an amazing, over-the-top tablescape of flowers to coordinate with the season, your meal, or any other theme you have in mind. The addition of our artistic floral centerpieces and candlelight will create a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. From cocktail hour and hors d’oeuvres in the living room to a long, relaxed meal in our old-world dining room, come linger over an exceptional meal with your guests.
